The Romet electronic larynx takes the place of vocal cords. The Romet produces the vibrations to emit clear and very comprehensive vocal sounds. It is equipped with a volume control and a pitch control. It is easily operated with a single button.

It has completely transistorized circuitry; using a small amount of current from rechargeable batteries with no background noise. The head is adjustable for fine tuning. The Romet electronic larynx can be used with an intra-oral adapter/connector if neck placement is not possible.

This instrument is clean and easy to use.
