Russell is one of the newest members of the Regional Elite Team, having just moved to NYC 2 years ago. Coming from the mountains of Western North Carolina, he had no idea that cycling could be so good in one of the biggest metropolitan areas in the world. Russell brings a wealth of technical and bicycle industry experience, having worked for companies like Litespeed, Merlin, and Independent Fabrication making him the default mechanic for the local NYC guys. Having 10 years of racing experience in Mountain Bike, Cyclo-Cross, and on the Road, he brings strong support to the regional team, and an infectious enthusiasm for all things “bike”.
